The approach

As a programme that aims to inspire global business leaders with the latest innovators, trendsetters and disruptors, we met this brief with an equal amount of innovative thinking. We knew we had to go against the typical “corporate” way of doing things and show ‘Grow’ for what it truly is – a link between the people who have stories to tell and the people who want to listen.

We created the programme’s look and feel, including its motivational tone of voice, bold typography, distinct colour palette, unique illustrations and emotive photography. Altogether, creating a channel that would stand out from the competition.
